The Scarborough & Ryedale Mountain Rescue Team is a totally voluntary organisation. It exists to help save lives and assist injured and distressed people in the area of the North York Moors National Park. Charity Number: 256085
The Team is run on a purely voluntary basis, members receive no payment or expenses for their services.
Sponsorship
Currently the Team is open for commercial sponsorship of equipment, running expenses and fundraising events. If you are interested in having your organisation sponsor the Team, please contact us.
Donations – Money or Equipment
The Team is always pleased to receive donations. Our annual running costs are around £20,000 and we also have a rolling programme of capital projects for things like vehicle replacement.
