Help support Mountain Rescue
One way we raise funds for the team, and general awareness of Mountain Rescue, is through the sale of charity wristbands. These are in orange and white to reflect the colouring of the ‘checker-board’ livery on our response vehicles and are embossed with the wording ‘Support Mountain Rescue’ ‘Saving lives in wild and remote places.
A number of our wristbands have been captured partaking in various activities and visiting various locations. An album of these adventures is available on facebook at this link.
The team sell the wristbands for £1 at fundraising events we hold or attend. Additionally a number of local stores are kind enough to sell them on our behalf:
