A HUGE thank you to the generous residents of Scarborough and the visitors to the town who stopped by yesterday at our street collection and donated towards the running of the team.   We raised the fantastic sum of £811.61 and at the same time met some old friends and made some new acquaintances.

As a voluntary body today funded by contributions and donations these days are invaluable for the team.   The need for such fundraising was highlighted by the fact that the team were called out to a rescue at Beck Hole on the North York Moors as we were leaving town.
